{WELCOME TO TORUS MILLWORK LTD} #TBT to one of my fave projects and fave clients - Jason Syberg is an all ‘round cool human who is not only exceptionally skilled at what he does, but his creativity and knowledge of materials sets him apart from others in his industry. He has millwork-know-how running through his veins from a family history of skilled craftsman. The design process with Jason began with a discovery session to learn all there is to know about his biz, his values..., and what makes him different from others. That intel helped inform the name for his company and the final brand package. The logo is inspired by sculptor @richardserra who has the gift of shaping large metal forms in a ways that appear surprisingly delicate, warm and inviting. I feel Jason has a similar intuitive talent of forming typically heavy, hard materials such as wood and iron, into millwork solutions that are elegant, modern, and perfectly suited for the space.
