Introducing our February feature pizza with a distanced, 2021 style pizza reveal We have partnered up with one of our favourite and most loved food trucks in Edmonton to put one of their creations on our pizza crust. Our family has been long time fans of this other family business their food is delicious and they have so much passion for our city’s events and causes. Any guesses who we’re collaborating with?... It’S Drift Food Truck!! Kara and Nevin from Drift are so excited to be bringing their famous pork belly sandwich to a LOVEPIZZA pizza it is called The Drifty as a nod to their food truck. Creamy chili mayo, crunchy carrot and daikon, fresh cilantro, tangy hoisin glaze and crisp rich pork belly. You’re not going to want to miss out on this pizza! $1 from each Drifty sold will go directly Rainbow Society of Alberta an organization that has been granting wishes to children with life threatening or severe chronic illnesses in Alberta for 30 years. The Drifty is only here for 28 days... Go!! #lovepizzayeg #yegpizza #yegfood #yegbiz #yeg #yegrestaurants #stalbertpizza #stalbertfood #stalbert #sprucegrove #sprucegrovepizza #sprucegrovebusiness

UPDATE - SPRUCE GROVE LOCATION: A follow up about the COVID case that was shared with you early this week at the Spruce Grove location. The franchise owners have passed along some information that they just received this morning. They had a phone call from their health inspector and the case was traceable through contact tracing. It is a case of community transmission, it was NOT transmitted through the restaurant. That is good news for the owners, the team and customers in S...pruce Grove. They have also had 5 tests come back as negative, just waiting for a few more - also good news. Thank you Alberta Health Services for the thorough response and follow up. We will finalize a re-opening date soon. Thank you for your understanding and patience during this time.

IMPORTANT INFO REGARDING THE SPRUCE GROVE LOCATION: We just received notification that a team member at the Spruce Grove location has tested positive for Covid-19. ... The Spruce Grove location is temporarily closed effective immediately. And will be closed for the next while to ensure the rest of the team tests negative. The health and safety of our team and our customers has been our number one priority since day one of this pandemic and it still is. Our restaurant teams do not work at multiple locations so our 3 other restaurants are not affected by this. We will provide updates as we have more information.

When Little Icons took this of our kiddo in June it really had a 2020-esque feel to it. If I close my eyes real tight for a minute, maybe everything will be ok when I open them again... 2020 was a huge year of growth for our little pizza company but it was also a year of so many challenges & uncertainty. Through all of that we continued to stay true to our values as a company - and as a family. Long days and a lot of sleepless nights, but here we are!... Growth: - built our commissary kitchen facility to give us more space to produce all of the fresh dough, sauces and toppings to our growing company. This was a real labour of love - added an important 4-wheeled, new to us, workhorse to the team in the summer - a refrigerated van. It hauls all of the food from our commissary to the 4 restaurants 3 times a week. - Rabbit Hill Crossing shop opened in mid September and about a month later the Spruce Grove location opened. Building, training & opening two new restaurants was challenging but with the determination and hard work of these two new groups, LOVEPIZZA doubled in size this year. Community: - before the pandemic hit, we celebrated our 4th birthday a little differently - we gifted 4 pizza parties to 4 groups: We All Believe in You (for participants), RMHCA (for the families at the house), Terra Centre for Teen Parents (a surprise lunch at school for the moms) and Bissell Centre (pizza slices out of their café window for those experiencing homelessness). - when the pandemic started to creep into our city back in March, we launched our support pizza campaign and we took you along for the ride. With the help of YOU, we were able to make and distribute 2365 of our support pizzas to frontline workers, to about 45 locations. This was a morale boost for everyone involved. - our annual diaper drive in support of the Terra Centre went online. We managed to buy 201 boxes with the money raised thanks to a few wicked sales we found. We reached our goal, during a global pandemic, you answered our call to help some really resilient young families in need. To a year of sweat, tears, growth, joy, worry and loss - thank you 2020, but bye-bye. See more

Things. ... you wish were delivered. ... you shouldn’t share. ... Ever played this game? It gets a little weird. And it gets you laughing. Pairs perfectly with pizza and Gigglewater Prosecco. 2020 was a year you could get ANYTHING delivered ... and you were told you couldn’t share ANYTHING. This New Years Eve is all about making your own fun at home. So curl up, order your favourite pie and get cozy. All 4 shops are open New Years Eve: St Albert, Canterra, Westwind until 8pm and Rabbit Hill until 10pm. #lovepizzayeg #yegpizza #yegfood #yegbiz #yeg #yegrestaurants #stalbertpizza #stalbertfood #stalbert #sprucegrove #sprucegrovepizza #sprucegrovebusiness
