Talking with friends and clients this week, I kept hearing unsure thoughts and feelings about the risk of getting serious with someone new. What are deal breakers in a relationship? What are your hopes and dreams for the future? With the world so complicated and unsure as the way forward, it too can be mirrored in our relationships. All relationships have an expiry date. We don't like to go into our relationships thinking or hoping for that, but forever is harder to achieve. Perhaps what we have now is the present and excitement of the chance to connect, feel love, be loved, and share that with others. Perhaps in this risk of newness it will be worth learning. I care about you and I am wondering how you are really doing?! How is your body, mind, and spirit during this time? This weekend was really slow and my body was thankful to heal my ankle and enjoy naps!
