I made two more aquamarine diffuser necklaces for March! I loved making these for gifts this month, the aquamarine in contrast with the lava is way too pretty. Aquamarine is the birthstone for March. Although it appears soft and gentle looking, it is a stone of courage. It reduces stress and quiets the mind. It’s protective, and was worn as a talisman for protection on the water by sailors. It soothes fear and increases sensitivity. These necklaces are both $40 each! (Left: Sold Right: Available) Comment or DM to purchase until I have my website up and ready!

Well everyone, it’s happening!! If all goes according to plan, Saturday is my day to go pick up my stuff to start silversmithing! This is something I’ve been wanting to do for so so long. I’ve had designs stuck in my head for years that need to get out, while more designs are just accumulating every day. It’s driving me crazy. As for my new website, I had everything finally in place: Business registered, business account opened, and right when my next step was to sit down an...d start working on it, my laptop battery died. Damn you mercury retrograde! (Oh, and naturally, the shipment of parts to fix it have also been delayed, lol.) Another project I’ve been working on is researching the lineage on my mom’s side. I am half Filipino. On my grandfather’s side, Ilocano, on my grandmother’s side Visaya and Hawaiian! So I’ve been trying to look up the arts, patterns, jewelry etc specific to areas that they are from. Over time I want to find ways to take inspiration from this and add it to my work. So we’ll see how that manifests and comes about! Health wise I’m still trying to navigate all of this with half a brain. My moldy brain as I like to call it. I definitely didn’t anticipate healing to take this long! But it hasn’t come without its lessons. I’m slowly learning to push through flare ups, be gentle with myself and take breaks when I have to, but also not letting them stop me from doing what I need to do. Definitely learning how to cook much healthier! I’m also forcing myself to read a lot more to help reverse the damage that might have been done, so of course that comes with its benefits too! It’s interesting what goes on during the healing process!! How paths may shift in a way you don’t anticipate, the lessons that accompany it. And of course as you can see I’ve been playing with all sorts of new wire techniques and Tiffany technique pieces! Anyways that’s what’s been going on! Can’t wait to braid all of these things together into one whole! Silver, copper, history and of course website!!! Also thank you for the participation on the GIVE away! This is going to be so hard, I wish I could just make and give to all of you! Thank you!!

*Available* Look ma! I’m all dressed up in my new clothes and am ready to take on the world! This glass cabachon was gifted to me by @lanifaith - I believe it is glass. If it is stone, It would likely be obsidian but it’s just a little too clear and perfect!! I wish I knew the story of this beautiful glass cab. Who owned it, where it’s been, what it’s seen....but it ended up with Lani at the reuse-it centre, who gifted it to me, and it has now been wrapped up in copper and is ready to live a brand new life! A fresh start! I will place it next to some selenite to make sure it’s energy is fresh and renewed for its new home. It’s strung on hand braided hemp and is very comfortable for every day wear. This piece is $45! Please DM or comment to purchase!

*Available!* Blue Moon. You knew just what I was there for. You heard me saying a prayer for Someone I really could care for. And then there suddenly, appeared before me. The only one my arms would ever, hold. I heard somebody whisper, "Please adore me"... And when I looked, the moon had turned to gold, oooh Blue Moon, now I'm no longer alone Sounds like Lorenz Hart knew a thing or two about setting full moon intentions This piece is made out of glitter in resin that is sourced from a cut up bag saved from the garbage bin I turned it into a blue glow in the dark cab and wrapped it in copper. This is a new wire wrapping technique I’ve been learning and playing with lately! The piece is strung on hand braided hemp. Great Valentine’s gift for your only one your arms will ever hold. This piece is $45! Plus shipping!! Or can be picked up in Whistler! DM or comment to purchase!

(*Available*) I Coughed in a Grocey Store. This heady piece was titled this as a joke. We all know that feeling, where you feel the itch, it slips out and you feel like all eyes are on you ... Personally it reminds me of an alien, or if you ever played the game Commander Keen as a kid, it feels like it could pass off as one of the alien villains. I made the googly eye cab a couple years ago, and decided to combine it with some new soft soldering techniques and a spinning snakeskin Jasper bead on top. One side of the bead also looks like an eye. Great piece for someone with a goofy sense of humour....perhaps likes to have all eyes ON them A great festival piece. (Whenever those might happen again, hopefully sooner than later!) This piece is $70 plus shipping! Because it is a touch heavier than other necklaces I make, shipping will be capped at $15, if it costs any more than that I will cover the rest. It will come with a gift box and holographic stickers

(*Available!*) Introducing Blue Moon!! This very one-off, multi process piece features a blue resin glow in the dark cabachon. The glitter is made from a snipped up holographic zip lock bag that I saved from the bin The cab itself is from a two part pour, first the clear glitter cab, and once it is dry a glow in the dark resin layer is applied on the back to give it dimension. The piece was then wire wrapped in copper. The bottom was from when I was playing with a wire... prong technique for another piece. I connected it all with copper foil and soft soldered the rest of it. It is strung on a hand braided hemp chain. The piece is super shiny during the day, but glows really bright at night This piece is $60! DM or comment to claim

*Sold!* The Alpenglow Necklace. Has someone left Whistler and perhaps wants to carry a piece of it around with them close to their heart? This piece symbolizes a mountain with a ring of copper alpenglow around it . It makes me think of the warmer spring days staying later on the mountain, having a cheeky bevie with friends watching the alpenglow wash across the glaciers in the distance. This crystal was found locally, I can only imagine how excited I was when I found ...it, as it has a perfect little point. It is soft soldered to hammered upcycled copper sourced from old electrical cords. It can be worn as a dangly choker or long necklace depending on how you tie it. (Swipe to see a demo) The chain is on strong yet soft hand braided hemp. This piece is $60 plus shipping! If you noticed a variation on price on these pieces it is due to the crystals. Some crystal formations are a little more rare for me to come across when I go rock hounding. Rough quartz chunks are more common, clear quartz crystals in random shapes are common, but I stumble across druzies and perfect points a little less often or rarely DM to comment to purchase!
