KENNEL COUGH HI all - please be aware that Kennel Cough appears to be going around quite badly and your dogs can be infected even if they are fully vaccinated. Luckily we have not had a case in class however we do have one dog quarantining because of possible exposure from a dog she plays with (she’s almost done her two week quarantine). If your dog appears to have a cough or cold please keep it home from class and from any daycare it may attend. Kennel cough is generally n...ot serious and just runs it’s course but if your dog spikes a fever or seems lethargic/ ill on top of the cough please head to the vet. This particular strain appears to be a bad one. There are other things that can cause a cough so if in doubt check with your vet. See more

Definitely a diet that’s worth checking out. This company gave $50,000 to Canadian Pet Rescues this year alone and also feeds the dogs that are in training to become certified support dogs for Veterans with PTSD through Operation Freedom Paws on Vancouver Island.
