Leadership 7: Train. To accomplish great things, you need a great team, and that team must be trained & mentored.

Spiritual Gifts This course explores the biblical model of ministry as it is presented in the New Testament. It will look at the various groups of ministries/gifts in the church; the equipping ministries (leadership ministry), the Spiritual gifts, and the service gifts or ministries. Each of the gifts/ministries in these groups will be defined. The involvement of every believer in some form of ministry in the church will be stressed as important both to the growth of the believer and of the church.

Integrity & Ethics This course explores the importance of integrity and ethics in a biblical context. The principles of integrity and ethics will be applied in a practical way to daily life, and relationships with family and friends. Christian ethics for church leaders will be covered as well as guidelines for moral purity and honouring pastoral leadership.

Apologetics This course explores the purpose and methods of defending the faith through Apologetics. The student will be presented with absolute proofs of the existence of God. How the Scriptures were preserved and translated will also be explored. A brief outline of church history will be introduced.
