Personally, Curcumin (Turmeric) is my favourite. Ibu's can be tough on the stomach and intestines, but also can delay and interfere with biological pathways of tissue healing. Short term pain relief vs healing, there are better alternatives!

Fitness trackers: extremely interesting technology that are growing very fast. Is it healthy to completely micro manage your every step? For certain at risk populations, for sure; these can be a fantastic tool. But for the common mid-range healthy/unhealthy person? Could be, could be.. Hopefully all taken with a grain of salt. The data tracking component leading to pharma marketing is definitely scary and will happen. http://fortune.com//fitness-trackers-a-narcissists-dream-/

Follow up to the last post about the stabilization aspect of breathing techniques, here is what is anatomically going on in your chest and abdomen when we talk about "abdominal breathing" or "diaphragmatic breathing". When we don't use our diaphragm to breathe, we use the muscles between our ribs and muscles that attach to our neck. Chronic stiff neck and upper pack pain? Might want to check your breathing habits as those muscles are not built to lift the chest up many thousand times per day. Everything starts from the core.
