This is Anita Gorgeous, right? She isn’t just a pretty face. She is ambitious, focused and is completely self-taught! It takes real dedication to your craft and a willingness to pay attention to every little detail to get to her level. Anita’s journey started after high school with a calling to fashion. She put herself through fashion school, and very soon landed an opportunity in a plus size store. Making plus sized women feel beautiful & empowered made her feel accomplishe...d. It wasn’t long after, that this positive energy led her to loving makeup. She taught herself through hundreds of hours of watching and practicing with YouTube tutorials. She decided to be brave (we love this!) and take the leap to try Makeup Artistry full time. She was chosen for a coveted position with MAC Cosmetics and found the same love and passion for helping people be the best version of themselves. Six years with MAC and a veteran artist with 10 years under her belt, and she continues to grow in her field. We love Anita’s passion, talent and commitment to her clients, and we are so fortunate to have her on the team. Meet Rose. Our amazing Director of Ops and Queen of Glam. From the minute Rose started with Lucky Life Beauty, it was pretty clear she would quickly become a leader in the company and she did! Rose loves all things beauty and fashion and always knows what is now, but has enough experience in classic styles to blend the two seamlessly. Whether it’s makeup application, hairstyling or teaching , Rose creates a welcoming and warm environment to collaborate and educate. Her clients fall in love with her quickly and you can see why. Meet our Founder and Creative Director, Jenna - or JJ if you like. Jenna built wanted to be an actress and one fateful case of a makeup artist not showing up for a show pushed her to try something new. She took a leap of faith and chased her new dream. ... Her vision was to pair the luxury service with a down-to-earth company culture that prioritized service, kindness, and no egos. Now Jenna heads up LLB and provides hair, makeup, lash extensions and wax services to our clients. She hand picks everyone on the team (you are about to meet them) and is constantly looking for ways to empower and promote the growth of her artists. Clients are the heart of LLB, we wouldn’t be hear without them, it isn’t unusual to find her writing emails at all hours of the night brainstorming with our brides.
