HEART SPEAK *** what does your heart say when you quiet down and listen up? *** mine says stay it whispers, quietly, sweetly, stay still stay here stay moving stay present stay for self stay shedding stay silent stay loud. as you can see, at times these messages can feel conflicting but they each have a very specific place in my life they relay to.... *** some find it easy to broad brush one phrase to their life - and I did this for a time. I only heard stay. but now I know this phrase has layer after layer and specific placements in the function of my everyday life. *** at times this creates conflict and turbulence in my life, particularly when others look in. it seems messy to them - unglued, irrelevant. it’s also work! it means I have to meditate on self, on heart and on intention consistently, even when things are moving quickly. *** i am a being who strives to exist on all planes open to me; the physical, the mental, the spiritual, the energetic, the emotion (fuck ya - so much on the emotional!) and the ethereal. i want to be here, now, for it all! *** this balance is both simultaneously beautiful and challenging but I continue to turn in deeply to my heart and stay in the many ways it requests in the many planes it asks me too. both speeding up and slowly down continuously. *** maybe it’s my libra-ness moving the weight from one side of the scale to the other, but this is how i move forward. how i find balance. *** each day is both a test and a gift in listening, receiving and respecting. and I am hella here for it! *** #spiritualintuitive #spiritledlife #spiritualguide #breathworkfacilitator #reikipractitioner #findingtheway #auraglow #talktoearth #heartmeditation See more
