Weve been in contact with Irvings Farm Fresh Ltd and we will have their Berkshire Pork, bone in loin chops for this weekends feature. Normally we run our weekend feature Friday and Saturday but we are hosting a private function this Saturday for some amazing people so the feature will be available on Thursday as well.

This weekends feature is a Tuscan Roasted Pork Shoulder served with Polenta, seasonal vegetables and a Haskap Berry sauce. We started this dish with a 36 hour dry rub of lemon zest, garlic, rosemary, thyme, fennel and olive oil. It then roasted for 6 hours at low temperature to achieve its delicious flavours. Our Haskap berries are grown organically in our garden and the sweet tartness of the sauce is a perfect compliment to this fabulous dish!
