Last month we saw some strong numbers in the #HamOnt market. Compared to March of last year the average sale price in Hamilton has increased by 33%. This significant influx can be attributed to the urban exodus from the Toronto area at the start of the pandemic and that is continuing into this year. Buyers are ditching their downtown condos and looking for larger homes with property in more affordable neighbouring cities.
