In-person group fitness classes are canceled due to Covid-19 until the end of 2020 BUT you can still attend these Zoom classes from the comfort of your own home. I am leading the 10:15am classes Mon, Tues & Thursday. We know it's not the same thing but at least this way you can stay consistent. Please share with your parents.

IDo not agree with this broad sweep as both Steveston and Minoru Active Living have done a superior job in safety protocols. I feel so bad for all the participants that seriously need this for their physical and mental health. Unfortunately once again I no longer have employment so FREE to head out for short walks. Walking is safe so make sure you get outside today and every day. #balance #takeitoutside #mentalhealthmatters #physicaldistancing #lulufamilyfitness
