On Saturday, October 19, Griffins Boxing and Fitness and ambassador Dave Brett will be hosting their 14th annual Evening at Ringside in support of Big Brothers of Greater Vancouver. In our unbiased opinion, our ambassadors put on some of the most amazing events. Last weekend, ambassador Alex Miller hosted a met.a Pilates class with guest speakers (and snacks) on the rooftop of our beloved West 4th store. Keep your eyes peeled for more sweat + connect opportunities near you.

This weekend we brought 150 people to sweat and connect with us and our friends Forge Training in Victoria. We put our new Metal Vent Tech to the test through gymnastics, boxing, and lifting all while raising $2500 for HeroWork. Let's just say we think we nailed feel-good sweating.
