This week for our Studio Spotlight, we chose to check out classes with Jennifer Cuetos at Urban Strength! Bri and Rebecca took the lead on this weeks Sweat by checking out her spin and yoga classes. She leads her classes with such passion and mindfulness! Bri shared that she is an "absolutely phenomenal instructor!" She teaches multiple formats and really shines her light as a teacher on the mat! #mkvmoves #thesweatlife
