It’s Sunday morning friends! If anyone is in the Pigeon Lake area and can deliver a hot coffee to the Inn, I’d be forever grateful. I think I might have a STAYLit hangover from yesterday, my heart was on fire all day!

Does anyone else feel the nudge to step away and take a time out from their regular routines, tasks and duties? I spent large chunks of time in my young adult life in solitude. I travelled and adventured through many amazing places on my own including Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, Guatemala, Nicaragua and Belize. Solitude was a huge part of my identity. Since then, my family has grown, my career has advanced and I now own a business - my circle has grown and has become more d...ynamic and complex! Stepping away in solitude is not at all what it used to be. It’s different. And doing it is much harder. It now looks a little something like this - just 2 days away, a quick 1.5 hour drive out of the city, a journal in hand, good podcasts and a box of wine. To all of you who feel the nudge.... I challenge you! It’s not as easy as it used to be - but damn, it’s worth it. See more

We’ll be fully stocked this weekend at the @stalbertmarket. If you’ve been wanting to experience LJA products in person, come down to The Enjoy Centre on Saturday from 10-3. The market will limit number of people into the venue, hand sanitizer given at entry and exit, all stalls are 12 feet apart and masks are mandatory. See you there
