Our breads are made in a 36-hour process, without using sugar, yeast and other unnecessary ingredients. All we use is flour, water and salt. We wake up every day at sunrise, to ensure you have fresh and quality bread.

Pain du Jour: For today's bread of the day we're offering 2 breads: * 100% Whole Wheat with Kalamta Olives & Red Wheat Bran, our favorite loaf from the winter menu. ... *Purple Walnut County Loaf: 40% Whole grain coarse Ontario wheat, 40% bread flour, 20% Dark rye and walnuts. The bread is very soft with a crunchy crust, works great for sandwiches but even better with some butter or jam. Rich flavours, complex aromas and a beautiful purple hue make this bread one of our best experimental loaves.
