Hello everyone! Just to let you know that you can still join our August classes. There is one on Wednesday mornings at 7h30 (energizing) and one Thursday evenings at 5h (calming). You have the option to follow these classes in the comfort of your own home (Facebook live) or to come practise live at the studio. Classes are 10$, all levels welcome! A guide for people to connect to what inspires them A guide for people to connect to their own * senses * joy * desires * coming home The droplets are like tools to navigate through life. To fill ones cup with the sweet elixir of life that is inspiring and nurturing to oneself as we are all unique. my wish is to offer this to the world through my words, my lenses, hoping it will inspire and help others as much as it does for me.

The beginning of my reflections of this morning: Life We create, we manifest, we do our best with what we know... awareness, desires, values, instincts, childhood programming, environment all set the ball in motion to create the future, our future. We, as human beings on this earth, are very powerful and delicate. how to forgive ourselves how to identify what we want how to know ourselves We experience life through our senses. How to continue to stay connected to the beauty, to the marvel, to the wonder while experiencing so much....??? My reflections of the morning. Maybe more to come. Feel free to leave comments.

After lots of reflexion, we decided to cancel classes at the studio for the time being. For all our members, we will have, by Wednesday evening, two classes (one gentle, one vigorous) for you to enjoy in the safety of your own home. Vicky and i will record classes and share with you. What a blessing to LIVE Just finished a week of love and wonder meditation retreat/training in Big Sur California. Belonging, Safety, Connection, Welcoming... so powerful. My deep wish is to bring some of the magical teachings of Lorin Roche and Camille Maureen to Campbellton. ... Life is a precious gift. A miracle to be fully experienced. If you are interested in experiencing meditation, meditation as a doorway to fall in love with life and all of who you are, let me know. I am considering a bi-weekly meditation session held over the span of three months, hence 6 sessions between March and May ... And a meditation retreat end of May or beginning of June. Cost: 15 classes = $165 Unlimited classes = $240 Drop-in = $15 Cash is appreciated and cheques will be accepted.
