It has been too long between meetings. I've decided to open up ceremony to help release unwanted energies of 2020. There has been so much anxiety, depression, grief, aches and pains as we grew into ourselves, under and in abnormal situation and conditions. ... Today I had an appointment. An appointment that turned out to be of service. I am grateful that I have learned to listen to the way spirit communicates with me. Today, my employer showed up and I shared messages to 2 deserving women. 2 women who go above and beyond for their clients to feel comfortable and at ease, while putting themselves and their familes at a higher level of risk. We chatted about life and information just came in, information I had to share.... My messages are usually quite accurate, that I sometimes scare people. I sometimes hesitate to say anything at all... But today, I am grateful to see 2 women, both have been living with worries for everyone, for their families, for their futures as they step up to their plates trying to do the best they can...and they silently have been suffering with smiles on their faces to confort those who seek their service. Today, I had the honor to help release some of their burdens, with some simple messages from spirit. Im grateful to be of service. Im grateful spirit speaks to me and I'm grateful to listen. This is exactly what makes my heart sing. Thank you God for this gift. Blessings to a wonderful weekend. May the sun shine on your being so brightly that it illuminates all the beauty that you are. We are all born into families that are often spaces of immense, sometimes difficult growth, of which most is fueled in love. Says the cancer took him, but his soul lives on. He also shows me he was the life of the party, would take his shirt off his back to help someone in need. He had so infectious laugh. You can still hear it in your thoughts and you think of him. He wants you to know that you are hearing him laugh. HA! Watching over you with a smile. He is only a skip hop jump away. Demanding with her time, her point of view, expressive opinions always came across. She wants to reiterate that, so you can see she hasn't changed. She is quite clever and can pull the wool over anyone's eyes if they don't pay attention. She says she feels free now, light like a bird...free in the sky. #MENTAL #HEALTH #AWARENESS I know this from experiencing life with someone I loved so very dearly, who's reality often did not match his environment. We need Big hearts people. #Bighearts ... .....And often holding ones hand in mental crisis means listening to their stories and every direction their stories go. It means believing in their moments within their stories. It means holding space for their reality, even tho their reality doesn't match yours. Mental awareness symbolizes that there are many layers and levels. It symbolizes the complexities and the grace that occurs within the moments of ones unsettled reality. Mental health represents the story in which you have lived and dream to live. Mental health is much like a puzzle, it takes time to pull it appart and sometimes a bit more time to put it back together. There is always growth....for everyone involved. There is potent medicine in this space. The way you utilize it, is up to you. Mental health awareness means to just be.... To be in your growth. To observe the space. No need to add breath with words. No need to change or figure it out. In time, all unfolds. The truth is always revealed. *My advice to help someone in need is to Breathe in the stories and allow the medicine to restructure you. Allow it to show you a way. Make good decisions with the information. But please Open your heart to listen. Know there are services to help. But none more greater than love and support from family and friends while traveling this lonely road. This is what I know to be truth of mental illness. I know this from experiencing life with someone I loved so very dearly. Watching every moment within their experience with Schizophrenia, over 30 years of my life. 2 Ravens joined our Yoga Ceremony this past Saturday. Raven to me symbolizes our mind, our thoughts and our spiritual connection on all layers and levels. Its magical energies fuel and ignite great changes. Our desires to move through timespace of the mind from past through present to future and not necessarily in that order is a quality that takes time and pressence. As we entered into the depth of our Ceremony; 2 Ravens joined us and had much medicine to share with us. Th...ey left through the open space brought forth between breaths and ultimately became the gateway between 2 dynamics. Change. Ravens spoke about death and brought birth. Dear Hair Clients, it is with a heavy heart I share this message. I have been on the fence pondering ideas of how I can move forward with hair. After 20 years of service and Covid19 has changed everything. My home is no longer an option for me. I have been engaged in family at this time as we have a new baby, close contact with the public during these times of Covid19 isnt in my families best interest. ~Spirit Messages~ January, 27, 2020 Began receiving head ache, while connecting with this woman, I also felt that age 56 was important. She wore glasses, with clear translucent frames, shaped square like but rounded edges. Short dark hair with silver streaks. She laughed and said "They called her the pariah!" Inside joke? She has met with a loved one recently passed and they have resolved a past issue. She says the loved one feels great remorse for her actions and has reflect...ed on them since being here. she understands now how her behavior affected you. It was a lesson she needed to learn, non judgment and compassion. This woman is funny/and her humor often lightened the room. Card games, board games were her favorite. She says you made a big decision recently and you were scared to undergo, but felt that the choice made was the best route. She is proud of you and wants you to know that it was her you felt holding your hand when going under for the surgery. All the steps you have taken to change your way of life is refreshing and she says you have the ability to change any outcome to something dynamic. She says that her focus was always laughter is the best Medicine and she is so happy to see you think so too. Life can be hard, we know this, but incredible times can be had. These are the moments to cherish. She says she hears your prayers and that there is a green light that has been known to flicker. It freaks you out because it happens at weird times. She says Guess who!?
