Replace reinventing yourself with small changes to be better everyday. We have the opportunity to grow authentically into ourselves more. So why chase the perfect weight, perfect job, and perfect relationship? Why not focus on just becoming the best us we can right now. Showing up for the things we care about in the best way possible. If 2020 taught me anything it is that having support is sooooo important. For me, support looked like friends, family, and coworkers. As well as coaches, guides, energy workers and mentors. I truly believe we all need someone to see us as we are. Support us by holding us in the hard shit and elevating us when we are thriving.... That is why I am opening up this program to support a few people for all of 2021!!
