No-bake brownie bites (recipe from @minimalistbaker) 1.25 cups medjool dates 0.25 cup cocoa powder 3 tbsp hemp hearts ... 0.25 cup chopped walnuts 2.5 tbsp sunflower seed butter 1 pinch sea salt 0.25 tsp vanilla extract Process all ingredients together, roll into balls, dust with cocoa powder, and put in fridge. Roasted cauliflower tacos with chipotle romesco sauce from @minimalistbaker Damn no wonder Minimalist Baker is in my top 2 recipe go-to sites! These were insanely flavourful. The cauliflower was roasted with coconut oil, generous amounts of cumin, chilli powder, smoked paprika and some sea salt. ... The romesco sauce was made with roasted & raw garlic, roasted pepitas, fire-roasted tomatoes, water, lime juice, smoked paprika, cumin, sea salt, maple syrup, and chipotle peppers in adobo sauce. I used coconut tortillas that I found at @mountaingoodnessrevelstoke as I am off the corn & wheat right now! Topped with red cabbage & cilantro 10/10
