Reminder, this is the last weekend for the pool this season. Our final hours are: Saturday - 1-5pm and 7-8:30pm Sunday - 1-5pm ... Thank you for the support this season. See you next spring!

We have made quite the collection of lost and found items such as hats, shoes, goggles, etc. over the summer! Come on down to the pool before September 20th, 5:00pm to collect your lost possessions!

Our amazing season is sadly coming to an end. With the weather changing and the attendance dropping weve decided to close at 5pm on Sunday, September 20th! Make sure to get in a few more swims over the next week! Stay tuned for this weeks hours!

Please take note of our new fall hours which will begin tomorrow, September 7. Afternoon public swimming during the school week will be from 3:30-5:30, weekend afternoon public swimming will remain 1:00-5:00. All evening swimming will now be from 7:00-8:30 with no adult swim until next spring. Lane swim and morning aquasizes will also resume next spring.

The countdown is on. Only 3 morning swims left. Looks like this morning is going to be beautiful.

Our schedule for the week! Reminder that we still have public swimming in the mornings from 10:00-12:00! This weekend and next Monday are our last days of the morning swim, so bring your families out for a nice relaxing swim in the morning!

Awesome news!! We have enough guards to continue our season, so the Town of Luseland has permitted us to stay open until the end of September (weather permitting)! We have new hours starting September 8th, due to school starting. Sadly we will not be able to continue with morning aquasize or morning public swim; however, we will still be open for these hours during the week: Afternoon Public Swim: 3:30pm - 5:30pm ... Aquasize: 6:00pm - 7:00pm Evening Public Swim: 7:00pm - 8:30pm Weekend hours are: Afternoon Public Swim: 1:00pm - 5:00pm Evening Public Swim: 7:00pm - 9:00pm We will continue to post the schedule weekly as well. Hope to see lots of swimmer next month!

Movie night success!

Reminder... The Little Mermaid is playing at the Luseland Pool tonight, all ages can attend! Showtime is 8pm! Following the movie there will be a midnight swim, this is for ages Grade 10 and up! This will go from 10pm until Midnight! Have fun and be safe!

Thank you to Sask Lotteries and Luseland Rec. Board for the assistance with the funding grant for a number of new items for the pool. We are excited to add new sea serpent noodles and connectors, watering cans and sinking mats, 2 dolphin floating seats (6 months - 3 years), dorsal ball swim aids, foam dumbells, and new rescue tubes for our lifeguards. Thank you for your support and assistance.

Our morning swims are sometimes the most beautiful time of the day! Since our lessons are wrapped up, we will be having morning swimming from 10:00am-noon everyday. Come check it out. We also have a fun evening happening on Thursday. You wont want to miss it!

Its our busiest morning swim yet with over 40 swimmers enjoying the beautiful weather. There will be morning swims Saturday, Sunday, and Monday this weekend from 9am - noon.

Guess what! It is our one year anniversary of being opened today! After the 299 days between demolition of the old pool and opening the doors of the new pool to the public, August 1, 2019 was opening day! Happy long weekend and be sure to enjoy the pool if you get a chance.

Meet the guards at Luseland Pool! Some new faces at the pool! Alex Body... This is Alexs first year lifeguarding and he is another of our junior guards! Alex is from Luseland and has the courses bronze cross and medallion, and his first aid and CPR. Luckily for us Alex is also taking his National Lifeguard Award in August, so he wont be a junior guard for long! Foxtyn Bazylinski This is also Foxs first year lifeguarding, and is also a junior guard. Fox has the courses Bronze Cross and Medallion, and first aid and CPR. Fox lives right in Luseland! Addison Eurich Addy is also a new face to the staff, this is her first year guarding! Addy is from luseland and has the courses bronze cross and medallion, and first aid CPR. Big shoutout to the new Junior Guards for jumping in and ready to work with all the new rules and cleaning protocols!!

Meet the guards at Luseland Pool!! Keagan Bazylinski Keagan is another one of our senior guards this year and has been at our pool for 3 years, keagan lives right in Luseland! Keagan has her National Lifeguard Award, Water Safety Instructor, First Aid and CPR, Pool operators course, and her bronze cross and medallion.... Jace Ducherer Jace is a new senior guard this year at the pool but has been here for 3 years lifeguarding! Jace is from unity, he has the courses, First aid A&C, water safety instructor, and bronze cross and medallion. Jace will be taking his National Lifeguard Award in August! Hannah Wurz Hannah is one of our Junior guards, but not for long Hannah is taking her National Lifeguard in August. Hannah lives right here in Luseland and has the courses, Bronze cross and medallion, and she has her First Aid!!

Meet the Guards at Luseland Pool!! First up we have Camryn Burgardt Cami is our manager and has been for 3 years! We are very lucky to have her on our team. Cami is from Kerrobert and has a number of courses, First aid and CPR/C, National Lifeguard Award, Water safety instructor, Bronze Cross and Medallion, and her Pool operators course. Cami also has a total of 8 years of experience lifeguarding!!... Next up we have Belle Dewald Belle is our assistant manager and its her first year doing so! Belle lives right here in Luseland and has been at the Luseland pool for 3 years now! Her courses include National Lifeguard Award, First Aid and CPR/C, Water safety instructor, and Bronze across and Medallion. Finally we have Kara Walz Kara is one of our senior guards this year! This is also Karas 3rd year lifeguarding. Kara is from Major, and has the courses National Lifeguard Award, First aid and CPR/C, and bronze cross and medallion! Stay tuned for the rest of our guards!!

Reminder, we are starting this beautiful week of with a morning public swim from 9am-noon, this is usually a great time to go if youre looking for a quieter swim. Session 2 of lessons begin on Tuesday morning, and we have a great forecast ahead for this week. Hi everyone! Lane swim today is the usual time from 5pm-5:30pm. The guards will be having an inservice (meeting) on deck, but it will not affect lane swim. but Lane swimming hours will continue to be the same the rest of the week Sorry for the confusion before!

Due to the 70km wind and rain and wanting to keep everyone safe.. weve decided to close the pool for evening aquasizes and public swimming tonight!

Our Aquasize program has started! Weekdays Mornings - 7:00am - 8:00am... Evenings - 6:00pm - 7:00pm Aquasizes and Lane Swim are included in a seasons pass, otherwise a solo aquasize pass is $120 for the season or $5.00 per work out or a punch on a punchcard. First evening session is tonight at 6:00pm.

MORNING SWIMMING! Did you know we are offering public swimming during the mornings that we are not holding swimming lessons. Join us Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday this week 9:00am - noon! Lane swimming is an option during this time as well - we can block off an individual lane.

We are officially ready to open! It has been a 2 week whirlwind getting ready with the new COVID-19 guidelines but we did it and passed our health and safety inspection. A huge shout out to our local West of the 3rd Graphics for putting a rush on all our much needed waterproof signage. We are open for the season and excited to welcome our guests! Reminder - free swimming all day and free ice cream treats for all swimmers (treats sponsored by the Luseland Credit Union).

GRAND OPENING!!! Please take time to review the new regulations for the use of our pool. Some major changes are taking place due to COVID-19, the Government of Saskatchewan has put guidelines in place to ensure the safest environment for all staff and patrons. We will be adhering to those guidelines as well as some of the recommendations given by The Lifesaving Society!
