Dark Matter is a fast-setting and oil-resistant lash glue that results in better retention. -Works with virtually any humidity and temperature -Bonds in half a second to one second - Minimal fumes -100% oil proof -One glue dot lasts for up to 5 hours -Stays fresh for 3 months after opening -Allows you to work faster -Suitable for intermediate and advanced lash stylists -Works with all types of lashes and techniques -Contains castor oil -Does NOT contain carbon black HOW IT WORKS? The purity of the cyanoacrylate used in Dark Matter allows it to work with any humidity and any temperature. Generally, the higher the humidity the longer the glue drop will stay fresh, but tests show Dark Matter works perfectly in humidities varying from 10% to 95%, and the glue is optimized in temperatures that range from 16C to 39C (61F to 102F). Apologies for the delayed post, but it is with a heavy heavy heart that I will be closing my doors temporarily in order for everyone to stay healthy and safe during this hard time I value my clients, and in order to keep everyone safe my doors will be closed until beginning of April and circumstances will be assessed then to see if we will be safe to re-open by then! To all my valued clients, If you are choosing to self isolate and stay home at this time,I respect that. I would just like to take this moment to assure all my clients that I myself am taking all the precautions to keep all of my clients and myself healthy and safe. A reminder to everyone:... * if you’ve travelled within the past 2 weeks i ask that you please reschedule your appointment. * If you are having any flu or cold like symptoms please reschedule. * And if you are just feeling unsure or unwell about the situation, take care of yourself and please reschedule. Normally a $20 cancelation fee would be charged due to cancelations without 24 hours notice, but I will be waiving these fees for the time being until life is back to normal. To ALL Lash Clients! Just a friendly reminder especially this time of year, the air is dry which means our skin gets dry and build up occurs!! Keep those LASHES CLEAN!! Not cleaning your lashes will allow bacteria to grow and cause infection to your eyes or cause you to loose a lot of lashes very quick! Dirty lashes are breeding grounds for bacteria, infection, lash mites, etc I’ve come across this many times and I can’t stress enough how important it is to clean your... lashes. Just rinsing with water won’t remove build up please only use an OIL FREE Cleanser and water to clean lashes theroughly. SWIPE LEFT to see what could happen! As you can see, the lash base is lifted which means this is not secured properly and will affect retention.It will not only cause the extensions to fall out, but you have more chance of an eye infection occurring as well as lash mites!!! and that’s not what we want!!! If you don’t cleanse your lashes on a daily basis then this will happen to you. Keeping those lashes clean and brushing them daily will allow them to last longer and help you refrain from getting any infections!!
