This is true: When a woman is told that her desires and needs are felt as an obligation, intrusion, or a disruption .....all possibility of feeling loved, conne...ction, arousal and orgasm leaves the building. We can lose our voice along with our desire. It's a lot to recover from and this tamping down of female desire can be delivered in so many ways such as "distancing behaviors", words of rejection or even the prevention of a woman doing what she is called to do in her life. Women are caught in a Catch 22. We are told to speak our desires and needs. And then so many of us voluntarily quench these desire/needs in order to keep the peace. We give up what is important to us to be in compliance. Why? Mostly it is fear. Fear of rejection. Fear of losing our security. Fear of change or transition. Take a big breath. Go where you are loved. It's there. Go where your wild feminine is honored and your turn on is a turn on. The world needs women who are living in their sexual authenticity. I set up my massage table for the first time in 8 weeks. Im hoping I get to see clients again soon, but I will be waiting until the province allows us to do so.
