Hello, A few of our customers have reached out to us after listening to today's public health announcement. YES, we will be open. As per the Government of Alberta website, "Facilities used for indoor recreation may open only for individual or household". So largely no change to the earlier order for us.

Considering a lot of requests and upcoming spring break, we have decided to add some hours to the schedule. We will be opening at 9 am every day instead of 10 am. Please feel free to book your self online at https://luv2playgp.simplybook.me/v2/ Thank you for a huge response.

We have no words to express our gratitude. Thank you so much for such an amazing response. We are fully booked for March and have just a couple of spots left for April. We look forward to seeing you. IT IS OFFICIAL!!! We are so excited to have A SIGNED LEASE in Grande Prairie!!!! We are now obtaining the legal permits needed to begin construction and opening date will be summer. Watch for build updates, location announcements and other fun things, and we all hope you will celebrate with us! It has been a long and tiresome journey to get to this point and we cannot be more thankful for our amazing communities patience. YAY YAY YAY We have a new home!!

Hello Grande Prairie!! We know the community is wondering when and IF we are reopening. As we do attempt to answer everyone, we understand that people want to know details ect. YES YES YES YES we are going to re open!! Why the delay? Finding the right new building, at the right cost, in the right area was not an easy task. With the growth our wonderful communtiy is seeing, there is a very limited number of options. Not all large buildings want a playground, they want retail o...r some large buildings were not quite high enough, just some examples :) We hit many road blocks to finding a building. We are almost there finally!! Woo! Here is one little tid bit, yes many had seen our old games somewhere ;-) those were just temporarily there while they moved to a new home far away ... because we are getting a big beautiful brand NEW arcade!! Thank you Grande Praire for being patient and supportive and we apologize If some felt our answers were too vague. We are coming back! When EVERYTHING is finalized we will announce!! See more

YAY! After many phone calls and a great team at Groupon we have the problem fixed! They now have the campaign marked as "temporarily closed" anyone who has UN REDEEMED Groupons for party packages please contact Groupon Directly and they will issue a refund much quicker now :) Thank you to everyone who waited while we sorted that out! If you have a redeemed Groupon, not to worry, we are working on a solution for the few that may come up
