These are MY personal results, I just ended day 7 yesterday. I was eating real food, no special foods that cost a fortune, and I wasn’t hungry which is amazing on a detox. The Lux body 7 day detox program consists of 3 main meals + 3 Snack meals. We provide you with a complete program guide that explains exactly what to eat, when to eat and how much to eat. ... This is a protein detox. So you will be eating meat/Protein at every meal and snack. Unfortunately this is NOT vegetarian friendly ( we are finalizing the numbers for the vegetarian one expect it out soon!) After purchasing online you will receive an immediate email with a copy of all the following program material: - Measurement tracker - Water intake form ( tells you exactly how much water you must consume for your personal weight ) - Complete Meal plan guide - This guide will tell you exactly what to eat, how much to eat & when to eat. - Sample Daily Meal plan - So you get more guidance on how to eat properly. - A complete grocery list of foods you can eat. Please note: A food scale is necessary for this Detox to ensure your measurements are correct. Frequently asked questions: 1- is this a Teatox or liquid diet? - NO it’s a protein rich detox plan. 2- can I have carbs ? - NO you are provided with a specific list of foods you are allowed eating throughout the detox. 3- can I have dairy - NO there is no daily allowed on this detox 4- can I work out while doing the detox: ABSOLUTELY! Since we are providing you with protein rich meals you will stay fuller longer to make sure your able to complete your work outs. ( you can also add additional protein if required for your specific workout plan please contact us for more information and clarification for your specific needs) 5- can I have coffee juice or pop? NO absolutely no juice or pop allowed, Coffee can be added to the detox but it must be BLACK only. No dairy or sugar. 6- can I stay on this detox for longer than 14 days? NO, this detox is scientifically made to help you reach full detoxification by 14 days. You must wait a minimum 14 days before beginning another detox.
