Smell Test: First whiff, organic is distinctively different from its non-organic counterpart. The aroma is sharp, unlike the warm mellow aroma of traditional Earl Grey tea. It's almost energized or electrified. Feels like it's gonna give me a good ZINGGG! . "6min Steep": It's MATCHA so there's no steep time involved. Mix with a MATCHA whisk and go! . Taste Test: Mixes super perfectly! Unlike its GREEN matcha mate, this seems to dissolve effortlessly almost like sugar in a hot cup of tea. Contrary to what I say for all matcha, this does NOT require a whisk! I wanted to see if I can make a delicious cup of matcha without following any of the rules. Poured hot water into a mug. Used 1/2 teaspoon of matcha. Put the matcha in the hot water and stirred. To my dismay, dissolved like magic! You can't mess this one up even if you tried! After the disappearing act was over, all the most wonderful smells of this incredible tea emerged from the darkness! First taste, clean black tea, very light Earl Grey flavor, it's very subtle in the background. Slight acidity. For me, this needs to be sweetened. My favorite things about this tea is that it's the black matcha that keeps on giving. Matcha will only dissolve so much into the water until the solution becomes saturated and the rest of the tea drops to the bottom. Once your close to the bottom of the mug, all you have to do for a refill is add hot water and you've got another similar strength fresh cup of tea! No need to add more matcha. I did this 3 times before the next brew turned watery. It's perfect anywhere, especially when your on the go. . Taste test: LADY LONDONDERRY The first wiff is unmistakably citrusy but there's also something else there, something so familiar. I've smelled this before but can't put my finger on it. Taste Test: QUANZHOU MILK OOLONG The first milk of the dry tea leaves is milky heaven with the unmistakable smell of sweetened condensed milk enveloping the senses!
