Hi everyone! It’s with very heavy hearts that we are again closed as of 12:01am Sunday, December 13. We are working our hardest to try to get as many of you in as possible before that. To those of you we can not fit in our bursting schedules we are offering color kits (curb side pick up or drop off), and the same for retail sales. The Luxe Girls want to say a HUGE Thank You for all of the support through this CRAZY year! We love all of you as we love all of our close friends, and we are humbled by your unwavering support. We are Open! Due to restrictions on people allowed in the salon, we ask you to phone and book with your stylist directly, either by their cell phone #, or by the shop @ (403)526-5500 Appointments are limited and booking is into June at this point as we have a backlog of people who were cancelled in March and April. We look forward to seeing you as soon as possible!!

So nice to see this 3 days before we should be allowed to open. I love that the date stamp is May, 2020 I feel our protocols are in line, just hoping to see our sanitizing products and masks be shipped. Until then, give your long hair a big flip and embrace it! Haha see you soon

Monday, May 11 update: We wanted to begin booking you back in starting today, but have yet to have a shipping confirmation on the sanitizing supplies we have purchased. We will continue to update you, and will be getting in touch (hopefully ASAP) once we are confident we can move forward. Below is our salons protocol, we have been busy listening to any government information (not much for our industry), and staying in touch with other salons and stylists on how they are proceeding. We thank you all for your patience, these are trying times for all of us! We truly look forward to getting back behind our chairs, and will do so when its as safe as possible for you and us!

As you all have heard, the AB government announced hairstylists could return to work as early as May 14. We have been given very few guidelines as to how to resume business safely, as our services do not allow for social distancing. We have ordered extra sanitizing supplies, and masks for both our stylists and our clients. We are in the process of writing up a protocol and procedure list which will be posted online and in salon once we are open. We had a staff meeting la...st night (socially distanced of course), and collectively came to the decision that we will begin booking clients Monday, May 11. We will hopefully open our doors on May 18, providing our supplies are all here so that we can open safely. We also want to listen for any new updates the government may throw at us. We ask for your patience right now as we try to navigate this new normal. We will be working hard to get you all in, but our scheduling will be different. We are super excited to see you all soon, we have really missed all of our people

There is a light at the end of this tunnel! We are just as excited to get back to work as you are to get your Post-Covid Cleanup We will be listening to the updates for more details on reopening, and working together to build a schedule so that we keep a safe environment for all! Heres a update! Well we are in week no idea and day who knows if covid-19 that took over our entire world.... Ive been busy with my little Bauer who is 20 mo...nths old. He loves the outdoors, helping momma cook, playing cars and hockey in the living room with daddy! I feel blessed to have this extra time with him watching him grow up before my eyes! With all the uncertainty he is my daily rock solid!!! To say its been a breeze would be a total lie!!! I miss my job,family friends and my simple pleasures I never really thought twice about( winners, mall walks playdates) Ive been able to take over 5 courses online to better my hair abilities from new techniques, cutting, and business courses on how to adapt to this new normal! I cant wait to take more classes and keep learning. Something I always put in the back burner since having Bauer! I have so many new tricks skills and business ideas I cant wait to show and share with you all! I miss my conversations with you all and think about each one of you daily. I never really understood how much you do for me from parent advice, encouragement and truly being able to grow with you all! I hopeful for a Bright future and excited to see how this will change our lives! In this career no day is the same, each client brings new challenges and we are forced to face unknowns each step of our hair journey together! Theres nothing quite like the bond between a stylist and their client. Hi everyone, hope you are well! We miss you, and your hair!! A common question we have been getting is Are we are prebooking appointments? Until we know a possibility of a date, we cant. Once we receive that information, we will begin booking all of you back in!! We all want to be back at work, doing what we love...but we all need to follow these rules set upon us for now to keep everyone safe! If you need any shampoo/product, message us! If you have questions, let us know!! We are still here for you!
