In November of 2020, we lost our fearless leader, our forward-thinker, and ever-present friend. Dave was known by most for his love and affection for his wife, Stephanie, and their 3 dogs, Cash, Bailey and Sam. Dave was passionate about all aspects of the real estate industry, and his fierce allegiance to and advocating for his clients was his number one priority. He was also a hands-on home renovator, flipping more than 25 houses with Stephanie by his side. Others rememb...er him as the former owner of Dave’s Pit Stop, as a licenced automotive technician and a competitive race car driver. No matter how you knew Dave, he’ll always be remembered for his determination, drive to succeed, and most of all, his optimism and unwavering positivity. That unique positive outlook on life was something Dave was committed to spreading to everyone he knew, whether it was a life-long friend, or through a chat with a stranger. Dave’s legacy will continue to live on through the Luxe Home Team. We will honour his memory every day and in everything that we do.
