We need to refresh everyone on this policy!! We've been very laid back with COVID, but this is our normal now and we have all figured out how to adjust. NO SHOWS are completely unacceptable, please if you can't come to your appointment send us a message ASAP. We understand emergencies but not showing up or calling we require 50% of your appointment fees to replace lost wages. No show appointments cannot be filled. NO SHOWS means no new appointment until 50% of your service bo...oked is paid in full, with ANYONE or ANY location of Luxe. CANCELLATIONS - 24 hours minimum is required for cancelling appointments. Less than 24 hours there is a $25 cancellation fee. To cancel your appointment, you can do it on the text reminder that is sent to your phone 48 hours prior to your appointment. APPOINTMENT texts, please click confirm on your reminder text that comes 48 hours before your appointment it shows on our system you confirmed. NO guests can be with you when you come for an appointment unless you are a guardian with a child under 16 years old. Adults receiving an appointment please do not bring any guests as we have a 1:1 ration with children receiving services being the ONLY exception. Thank you for everyone's patience and cooperation during the COVID times!

So true SUPPORT LOCAL as much as possible, especially local businesses affected by shut downs. If you can’t purchase products that’s ok we understand and small business owners LOVE sharing, liking or any attention on social media that spreads our business to more individuals. For Luxe when you purchase retail during our shut downs you help my staff who work on chair rental as we put these sales towards covering their weekly chair rental fees and I do not charge them chair/boo...th rental while we are shut down I understand not all salons can do this so because of our tremendous support and amazing clients I have been able to offer this relief to my team during all our downtime. Holiday Open House It's not so "open" anymore :( We will not be bringing in any vendors and we will have a VIRTUAL event for curbside pick up and we will also have an in house shopping option by appointment only.... Online - there is an album, the album is available to view now however comments for sales will only happen on Wednesday first comment takes the item, some items there's more available we will comment SOLD out when items are gone. To book a shopping slot please message us ASAP or comment here and it will be Saturday between 1pm - 3pm. 15 minute spots and 2 guests per booking only, and we will only book a limited amount of people per time slot, keeping #'s very low. PAYMENTS for online can be EMT or you can pay cash, credit or debit when you pick up which is Saturday 11am - 1pm. If another time is needed please let us know and we can make the arrangements. If you come to the open house just to check out the salon and be nosey since we have not had the opportunity to let people in to see only that is also OK!! You are not obligated to purchase anything. There will be a giveaway and anyone who books an appointment to come in will receive 2 ballots, anyone who places an order through the album for curbside pick up receives 1 ballot. Orders over $100 receive 5 ballots. It will be a gift basket with goodies and lots of local items!!

There are rumours being posted online, false information, questions being asked and clients reaching out to us. Here is what we know.. As of right now if we switched to Orange today salons would have to close we have not been removed from the orange phase the government has not updated the phases the decision comes from them they need to be the ones to pull us out of the orange phase and revise the phases for us to remain open/re-open.... Our association has submitted a proposal with some new guidelines and has requested that salons be excluded from the orange phase, the government has until November 30th to respond to the request. There’s no court case this is false it’s a documentation request with guidelines we current follow and a few more loops we may have to implement. It will be a yes or no from public health/Jennifer Russell and then it’s final.
