Its an uncertain time Dear Clients, The health and well-being of you and all our guests is our top priority. As news of the coronavirus (COVID-19) in our community continues to develop, we are monitoring the situation closely. Although we do not open until mid May, we are taking extra precautions to ensure the health and safety going forward notably for our guests and staff.... Though, currently, our area has not been impacted by any cases of COVID 19, out of an abundance of caution, we are planning and will implement expanded hygiene protocols and inspections of our units. We take great pride in our cleaning procedures currently in place, as any of our past guests can attest to, but we continue to constantly monitor the local Health Board, CDC and WHO for further recommendations and procedures. We will, from here on in, institute a minimum of 24 hours between guest departure and arrivals to give it that extra time for sanitation. We are fortunate that our cottage layout provides well over the 6 foot space recommended between each unit and will be talking to each guest to about respecting each others privacy and distance. Temporary dividers will be placed to maintain this space. We encourage you to practice good habits, regardless of where you are and remember that this region is one of the most beautiful and relaxing places in the world. Hello- We have just opened up our 2020 Reservations for 7 nights or more on our website (www.watermarkcottages.com) so now is the time to reserve for next summer. We also have reduced our initial deposit to 10% or one night as we know Xmas is only around the corner.
