Today was my first day back at the shop and it was AMAZING to be back doing what I love. For the past 48h, I have felt all kinds of emotions. I was excited to see everyone again, have those awesome chats, get back to routine, but I also felt completely unprepared with such a short delay to reopen the doors. From stock, to cleaning, to booking you name it. WHAT A DAY!!! but after a few hours it all fell into place and it felt so good. As I closed the doors tonight, I had a huge smile I’m so happy to see all the small businesses reopening today. It sure felt different in downtown Pembroke. Thank you to everyone that keeps support us and our dreams. I can’t wait to see everyone again... soon

The small increase is necessary due to the mesures the salon has had to take, including purchasing protective equipment, a much larger volume of cleaning fluids and disinfectant, increase in product cost from suppliers and price increase in the industry. ... Tomorrow is finally the reopening of the salon. Here are a few guidelines to follow : I will be working only by appointments. No walk-ins. Please remain in your vehicle until I call, txt or wave you in.... Hands should be washed upon entering the salon. A sanitization station will be at the entrance to use before and after your appointment. Mask is required throughout your visit at all times. Please bring your own. Disposable one will be available if you don’t have one. Please do not bring outside food or drinks, only bring in the necessities. If you scheduled an appointment, you must come ALONE (clients are not allowed to bring extra people to the appointment) If you have any signs or symptoms such as: cough, sore throat, fever, headache, chills, vomiting, etc. please reschedule your appointment. The good news is in and I’m beyond excited to finally have a return date. Reopening June 15th!!! I’m currently working hard to rebook all clients that had an appointment from March-June that was cancelled due to Covid-19. Updates about reopening I’m aware that there are developments regarding the reopening of businesses within the next few weeks. Unfortunately, I remain CLOSED until further notice since, I’m not part of the retail sector, but of the personal services which must remain closed until further notice. The fines of up to 6000$ for service companies that go against government orders are still in effect.... I’m still waiting for a final confirmation from the government before booking any appointments. The instructions change from day to day and the dates are pushed back each time. It is therefore currently impossible to make appointments. I’m aware that there are many of you waiting for the reopening of the salon and I’m just as eager to get back to work. I assure you that as soon as it is permitted to reopen the service businesses, you will hear from me Thank you for your understanding. See you soon

This is only TEMPORARY due to coronavirus Hey ladies, as the weeks go by, I have been messaging people with appointments to inform them of the situation. As of right now, I am going week by week and unfortunately unable to reschedule any appointments. If you have an appointment with me in the following weeks, I may not have message you yet as I’m monitoring the situation and waiting on the gouvernement for a date to reopen. As of today, every appointment are cancel till April... 6th. Unfortunately by the stats this may go on for a few more weeks. Once this is over the hustle will be REAL! And I will be back doing lashes and hair for my ladies as soon as I can! Trust me, this breaks my heart and I am already missing YOU my wonderful clients and our stories and laughs. It is with a heavy heart that I announce that I have been ordered to close the salon until further notice. The Renfrew County District Health Unit has ordered a mandatory closure of all salons due to the COVID-19 pandemic. If you have an appointment that is scheduled in the coming weeks, please be patient I will contact each of you but unfortunately will not be rescheduling at this time as I do not know when we will be able to reopen.
