If you are coming to pick up food or prescription orders, we will ask you to meet us at the door where we have a trolley set up for pick up to maintain a safe social distance. We have partnered with Guardian Vets to help our clients after hours. If you are worried your pet is experiencing a medical emergency or maybe your not quite sure if your concern warrants an after-hours emergency visit, just give the clinic a call and press one to be connected to a veterinary professional. They will triage your call and get in touch with our on call doctor if an emergency visit is needed. (Please note there is no fee to speak with the triage team, however emergency visit fees are applied if a visit is warranted.) **At this time this is a service we offer to current clients only- with having just two veterinarians we cannot accommodate all the animals of Sarnia and surrounding areas. Please check with your veterinarian for their after hours procedures**
