It only takes minutes a day but a little mindfulness and peace in your life can make a major difference.
Basic shielding is something everyone should be able to do. Even you dont believe in magic or this new age crap. Treat it as a subconscious program that will protect you by filtering out negativity. Its really simple take a minute to calm down take a deep breath. Imagine a bright light shining from above you, let it fill you and surround you till it radiated from you and then tell yourself that this is my shield only positive energy can pass it. Only possitive energy can now effect me. Then after that as often as you can at first. Try to remember that it is there imagining it again and again until it has become second nature.

it takes 20 hours to learn the basics for a skill, but we are lazy and don't like to feel incompetent. so we tend not to follow through its 20 hours most of spend that long in the bathroom over 2 months. bit the bullet and spend the time.
for over a 100,000 year humans like you and me trusted our instincts about what is happening around us, call it a sixth sense, esp, or just your subconscious, picking up on things your conscious mind, doesn't notice, we used and trusted out instincts, but modern society and its embracing of science has taught not to trust our senses. no i'm not preaching against science, at times our senses can easily be fooled, but instead of teaching us not to trust our senses and instincts should not the question be how and why do our instincts work the way they do. so we can understand why we get the strange feeling, because there is a reason, even if its not what we think it is...........just a thought
I'm curious, how many people actually Listen to that little voice in your head to actually hear what its saying? if you don't hear it its the voice saying nope no voices here, don't here a thing. Meditation Challenge see if you can shut him up for 30 seconds
Anexity attacks are natural... the biggest thing to do during and attack. Is breath deeply and slowly. And if at all possible distract yourself... It breaks the cycle and you can calm down.
Be ever mindful. Any time your waiting is a great time for a quick meditation. Even if you dont go full zen just conciously control and deepen your breathing. Will help you relax....

Sitting in sq. Watching people. And some of them just radiate pain. Makes me want to cry. They walk past with a aura of dejection putting on a good face. But if you look you can see it. No matter what your going through always remember your never alone. You might feel it but you never are.
