Hello all, sorry I have not written much lately as I'm going into the Hospital for Pancreatic surgery on the 26th of June. All should turn out well and as soon as I can I will be back to get this group going well and strong. Hope you keep supporting us and helping were you can. Sorry to not get this group going but I will be going into the hospital soon for surgery. They will be removing most of my pancreas. All will go well but I will be out of commission for a while. Wish me luck and if you feel like it say a prayer for me. Thank you in advance. Truly Fran

Sorry Friends, Tom and I are trying to get this restarted. Anyone in the Ottawa area who would like to help please send me a note. We are also looking for people who could pass the word around to others with Lymphedema (who have it or think they have it, for other reasons than Breast Cancer). Not that we do not want them, it is just because we who did not have Breast Cancer feel a little left out at there group, as it has different problems associated with the swellings. We will accept all lymphedema patients and/or there family/support system. For more information please Call Fran at 613-824-3736.

We are working hard to get this group going again. Our goal is to act as support similar to the peer support program run by the CCS.
