First time making pot roast. There is some potatoes, carrots, onions, celery, garlic, thyme, dijon mustard, salt, pepper, red wine vinegar, brown sugar and beef broth. It already is smelling good. I thawed the beef. Then browned it for 6 min each side.
Turned out so yummy! The potatoes are mixed with apple. Put some garlic oil on it with Maple Syrup and salt and pepper. The chicken also had salt and pepper and melted butter put on right before cooking. It was in the slow cooker for 6 hours.
Added a 1/4 cup of melted butter to the chicken as well as some minded garlic.

Artic Char from the Deluxe Air Fryer. (15 minutes) Some rice for my side. The Artic Char from Springhills Fish. Put a little oil on it, salt and Smoky Applewood Rub. Yum yum!
