Good driving this morning.

I see that the grader has been working on Lynn Road but I am still surprised at the washboarded new gravel. If you are heading towards Five Islands, you probably want to slow down as soon as you see the new guard rails. The gravel thickness is dramatically different from there to the pavement compared to the rest of the road. Kinda like driving on a marble mogul course.

Be aware that there’s construction on the Five Islands side of Lynn right now. Hard to see the flag person in the fog. And the grader is still doing its magic.

Construction on Lynn Road appears to be finished for the year but I was surprised at how badly washboarded it is on the Five Islands side. Slow drive until it is graded again.

Wonderful to see the upgrades to the gravel road... but make sure you watch for gravel trucks and potentially long waits at traffic stops.
