Challenging California yard makeover! Three levels with an eye on gathering spaces and sight lines to minimize the safety restrictions caused by each tier.

A recent virtual staging project for a San Diego client who wished to sell part of their divided townhome by adding a roof deck. My rendering and design skills were able to be used together to create visuals for them to present to prospective buyers. Update: they sold for over asking!

So much light will come into this kitchen that I felt it was important to add visual interest at the desk area in an unexpected way. A fun monkey-themed wallpaper in a great colourway runs up behind the desk and into the glass front cabinets. A protective layer of glass siliconed at the desk will allow the wallpaper to continue to look great over time.

Another recent kitchen renovation that features an amazing skylight, a dramatic Cole & Son wallpaper feature running the full wall height of 10' and a lovely dimensional Ann Sachs tile at the range wall. Pendant lights are by Aerin.
