Happy Valentine’s Day!! We love putting together special menus to celebrate special occasions! Today’s menu was chicken cordon bleu, smoked slow cooked beef brisket, and roasted vegetable lasagna with homemade pasta! we made a triple chocolate mousse cake, angel food cake with a red wine berry sauce and lemon whipped cream and of course CREAM PUFFS !! Thanks to Flowers On York for the beautiful flowers include with the meal. Thank you to everyone who chooses us to be apart of their special occasions. We do appreciate it!

Eggs anyone? 4 days of eggs here! Our chickens are still happily roaming the farm during the day and laying lots of eggs. Also if you have any egg cartons to spare we would be very grateful!
