CONVID-19 PROTOCOL Thank you for your patience through this difficult time. The safety of our staffs and our guests is extremely important to us. The following are guidelines that we have implemented to insure a safe environment and maintain a safe service place. By Appointment Only!... All Services will be by appointment only. If you are needing an appointment, please call to book one. No Walk-ins will be allowed at any time. If you are not feeling well If you are experiencing a cough, fever, any symptoms of CONVID-19, etc., please do not come in and just reschedule for a later date. You will not be charged for your appointment. Arrival! Stay Safe! When you arrive, please wait in your vehicle and give us a call to check in. We will direct you to enter when we are ready for you. This is to avoid crowd in the waiting area all together. Please Do Not bring unscheduled guests. Please maintain space at least 2 m away from other guests at all times in the spa Wearing a mask! All guests are required to wear a mask at all-time while you are in the spa. If you forget to bring the mask with you, we are willing to provide you one. Be clean! Wash and sanitize your hands upon entering and leaving the salon, and wash hands when using the restroom. No Food, No Drink, No touch! No food or drink allowed in the spa. We ask that you not touch surfaces unless absolutely necessary. If you need something, don’t worry, we will get it for you. Leave unnecessary garments in your car i.e. jackets, layers, etc. Complete the Consent Consent for Services During COVID-19 Pandemic form for each guest must be completed before the servicing. We would like to thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation during this unprecedented time.
