Ring Di Alarm another sound is dying! Just how did the great Tenor Saw one of Jamaica's greats reggae artist die? Sugar Minott gives you a look in to the life of one of Jamaica's dancehall artist. Clive Bright (2 December 1966 August 1988), better known as Tenor Saw, was a Jamaican dancehall singjay in the 1980s, considered one of the most influential singers of the early digital reggae era. His best-known songs the 1985 hit "Ring the Alarm" on the "Stalag" riddim.... Sadly his career was cut short on a lonely Texas road in 1988. The official cause his death was ruled as pneumonia, but it is believed that he would have probably died from his injuries because he laid helpless out in the open for hours, maybe days before he eventually died. There are many rumors surrounding his death, with some saying he died from a hit and run.
