Hey you guys! On Labour Day (Monday 3rd) we’ll be hosting a mini triathlon for our CELEBRATE 66! Entry is by donation! All ages are welcome and there will be a public swim afterwards with some fun pool games! So bring your bikes, your runners and your swimsuit, and meet us at the Visitors Centre at 12:30 on September 3rd! THIS IS A FAMILY EVENT

For anybody looking to work in aquatics cache creek is offering a course the week before labour day!! If you have troubles contacting just message the pool and we’ll hook you up!

Had a fun little morning today with some AQUA exercises! Our head lifeguards Amber & John will be alternating every day from 10:30-11:00 for a follow along work out. Anybody is welcome to do Lane Swim before or after AQUAsize. Public please be aware that from 10:00-11:00 is Lane Swim with some feel-the-burn fun at 10:30, just ask these ladies! Please keep in mind, Amber and John are not certified instructors. Wether you follow along to a lifeguard performing aerobics on the pool deck at 10:30 doesn't make a difference to us!
