When I heard this furnace struggling while I was there certifying a backflow device, I couldn't help myself. That's one dirty filter! Don't forget to change your filter regularly. Not only will you get more efficiency and better air flow, a dirty filter can lead to costly repairs to the furnace.

2 new bath fans vented through the roof. The old fans vented directly into the soffit which used to be a common practice. This can cause issues with warm moist air making its way into the attic.
