HIP FLEXION . Building core stability is rooted in resisting movement, but hip flexion is also a great method to help build strength through the hips and core. . Hip flexors refers to a group of muscles positioned on the anterior aspect of the pelvis, but some of these attachment of these muscles can run from the lumbar spine to the femur.
