New Year More Silks! Please note my dates and times have now changed! Message me if you would like to sign up or if you’re wondering about date/time changes. Both classes will be Restorative Silks. As usual please come to class with a mask on. You may take off your mask once you are at your assigned silk. I will have both the front door and back door open for you to choose where you feel comfortable entering the building.

In lieu of the provincial health organization announcement yesterday there will be no aerial group classes at this moment. However I will be able to offer individual training see below for more info. For those who have active monthly passes with me (Nov/Dec group). I am able to either refund you for the classes missed due to the cancellation, or you may use them as a credit on future classes or individual trainings. Please message me if you would like to know how many class...es you have left/ if you would like to know the $$ amount of what you would get back. Individual training: I will not be accepting new clients at the moment for individual training. This offer is for current clients only. If you would like to use your credit. I am able to provide an individual training for you and up to *4 others. *The individuals joining your training MUST be from your household bubble/ work place bubble/ personal bubble.

Due to the updated COVID restrictions. All my Classes will have to be suspended. Sorry for the inconvenience, but the important thing is to keep COVID numbers down and anything we can do to help make that a possibility I will try to do. The update for restrictions will be Dec 7. I will update everyone as soon as I know what we are able to do.

Tuesday and Thursday Restorative class will go ahead as scheduled even though @re4rmfitness classes are cancelled. Please wear a mask to enter the gym. Once you are at your assigned silk you may take off your mask. You may message me with any questions you may have!

Next month(s) Aerial Offerings. Tuesday Restorative Aerial 5:15-6:15pm Thursday Restorative Aerual 5:15-6:15pm I am combining November and half of December as I will be away the last two weeks of December. ... I am accepting Drop ins again! If you are dropping in and you need to borrow a silk. The charge will be $15 rather than the usual $10. This cost is to cover the expense of having to wash the silk after your drop in. If you bring your own silk in for the drop in it will only be the $10 cost. Thanks for your understanding.
