Interested in PNB or biology related specializations? Want a chance to talk to upper years and get all your questions answered? Join us at our Boston Pizza Social: Dine with Upper Years to not only network with those in your program and those interested in the same specializations, but also with upper years as well! If you are a current 3rd or 4th year student, currently in PNB or biology related programs & would like to volunteer, please register and indicate this on the for...m below! If networking isn't your thing, feel free to come for the good food and a fun time! Tickets are only $20 & it includes a starter salad, a pizza or pasta, and unlimited coffee + pop! The BioPsych Society will be hosting our annual Careers Night TOMORROW, Monday, March 2nd, from 6:00-8:00 PM in CIBC Hall (3rd floor of MUSC). We would like to invite you to join us for a night with science professionals while enjoying FREE food and wine provided by the society! We will also be raffling off a few prizes, which every attendee will automatically be eligible to win! The event is targeted towards students in ALL PNB and science related programs to come and discov...er potential post-graduation career opportunities. The event consists of a speed networking portion with a list of suggested discussion questions and talking points at each professional's table followed by a mingling portion where you'll have the chance to talk to the professionals you found most interesting and ask them more questions. This is an excellent opportunity to learn about available job pathways and network with professionals in the science field. Proceeds will help run our annual NeuroXchange Conference! The NeuroXchange Conference (NXC) runs annually at the end of April and is organized by the BioPsych Society. NXC acts as a platform for students from universities all over Ontario within the field of neuroscience or mental health to share their thesis work, connect with ...each other by exchanging ideas and earn recognition in the form of publication prizes!
