December 7 update: We are not yet through this storm and we cannot let up now Dr Bonnie Henry. We all play our part.... The COVID numbers are still really high in BC at 2020 infections in only three days. So sadly we will have to limit consignment to certain/very sought after items. After Bonnie Henry’s announcement yesterday and the new health orders we need to suspend consignment take-in temporarily. This will limit people in the store to just shoppers and staff. WOW We are so blessed Retail is struggling out there in the world but because of YOU making an effort to support small business we are surviving Covid. I don’t say this lightly but we have such a special community that has supported our little shop (OMG thank-you). Thanks to all our shoppers and consignees who have been dedicated to shopping and supporting local and ensuring their local businesses sur...vive. You know who you are. We are open altered hours and we have had to pivot, work with minimal staff and completely change how we do consignment to make things safe for our staff and customers. Processes have changed but Lisa and I have found a way to make it work. And thank you to our wonderful consignees that have adjusted to our new routines to keep everyone safe. I will post more about fall and all the details about taking in fall consignment by August 15th. Now that we know schools are going back in the fall we are in MacGillycuddy’s battle stations and will restock for back to school later in August. Thank you and we love you all.
