Wellllll here I am back in the saddle sort of thing, after a lengthy absence from social media due to...well, I’m over 50 and have a life and business to tend to, I am here to praise all those who braved the elements today to come down and grind the shit out of this WOD. Travis pulled so much weight he broke one! Thank goodness for gorilla tape, good as new! Carolyn decided to push her luck with a lifetime ban for excessive chalk use! Yeah or nay, I also heard a rumour that DEMO DEAN may make an appearance soon! Just sayin

Well we are soon gonna see if this happened to anybody! This will be my last Instagram post for a while folks, it was a pleasure doing these everyday for you all, ok now that’s a lie. Also as you might have heard we are opening up soon, looks like Monday so I can get the gym ready and cleaned just the way it always was, plus I wanna enjoy my last days of rest for a while. Who’s got a gas tank!!! This one can be done by all, As it says all in balls out, gonna keep the heart rate up and be as consistent as possible with that as the snatch is light but more volume than you are used to.
