I’ve been in love with my best friend since 2014 3. I get through most, if not all, experiences in my life with humour 4. I was told by doctors that I only have a 30% chance of having a baby 5. In college, when the pizza guy would show up with our food, I would strip naked so I wouldn’t have to be the one to answer the door (sorry mom lol) 6. I AM ANNOYINGLY OBSESSED WITH MY AIR FRYER 7. I will yell at you if I see your dog poop and you don’t pick it up #poopandscoop 8. The night we got married, someone in our wedding party ended up in the hospital .. story time??? 9. One of my best friends is an 88 year old beautiful lady, my nanny. 10. I hate posting my face on social media.. this counts though right? And that’s me! ANOTHER LOCKDOWN Perhaps I’ll share more of my story on here one day but for now I’ll keep it short. In 2015, I lost my dad after a lengthy battle with mental health and addiction. I think about him everyday. I think about what I could have done differently, or what I could have said to help him understand that there was so much more to his life. But the reality is, life is fucking hard. ... And not everyone has the resources, knows how to find resources, or even know that resources even exist. We all need a little help every now and again. Over the next few weeks as we navigate our way through this next phase, I’m going to share daily mental health support. My hope is that it can serve as a daily pick-me-up on the days when life just sucks. Check on the ones you love, because you never know who is silently struggling #mentalhealthmatterswithmace

It's so easy to get caught up in the bright lights and shiny things - but let’s be real peeps, the holidays are a great time for so many of us, but they can also be the worst for some. ... The holidays are HARD. For so many people. For so many reasons. If you're finding this holiday season to be challenging, be sure you give yourself grace. Be kind to yourself and know that what you're feeling is valid and okay. We don’t always have to have the energy of Buddy the elf, we are allowed to have off days! You're also not alone.
