The Tompkins Crossing ice bridge has re-opened to a maximum of 10 tonnes effective 12 pm on Thursday, January 21, 2021. Please follow all crossing rules.

The Tompkins Crossing Ice Bridge is CLOSED effective immediately due to rising water levels and warmer than usual temperatures affecting the condition of the approaches. The crossing will open again when weather conditions permit and it is safe to do so. Please follow all crossing rules.

Temporary Changes to Entrance of Emergency Room Department in High Level.

Missing Person Report for High Level, AB High Level RCMP are seeking the public’s assistance in locating 47-year-old Arthur Joel Gallant, who was last seen on Dec. 22, 2020, in the area of 99 street and 100 avenue in High Level, Alta. Arthur is from Bushe River First Nations and it is out of character for him not to be in regular contact with his family. The High Level RCMP have been unable to locate Arthur, are concerned for his well-being and would like to speak to him.... Arthur Joel Gallant is described as: Grey hair Brown eyes 5’9 tall 181 lbs Indigenous Arthur was last seen wearing a beige colored jacket and a light colored toque.
