It's important to change / clean your air filter on a regular basis!

May the 4th be with you! Happy star wars day to all the fans! (Fun fact...I've never watched one in my life) I've got few clients come in not being able to pull the cord to start their machines! A common problem is a build up of dried grass and mud!! This is why using the "quick wash" attachment on most new mowers is a must. All this grass/mud was from one machine, so much build up the pull cord couldn't be pulled.

Obviously mother nature is drunk! But I'm sure this snow made you think of your snowblower! Did you run it empty before storing it away? Sitting gas for long periods of time can cause sludge build up blocking your carburetor making it run poorly or not at all, so while running your snowblower empty, why not take out the lawn mower and make sure it's ready for the season!

Lawnmower season is upon us! Make sure your machines are ready to go for the summer!

Unfortunately for the time Macks repair will be closed until the quarantine is lifted... Since most of us are stuck in our homes (shoutout to the medical field and everyone else who has to work through this difficult time) it's a good time to pull out the lawnmower, chainsaw, trimmer, and make sure it's up and going! Been getting alot of these Briggs and Stratton engines coming through the shop! Typical issues - when gas is left standing for long periods of time it tends to evaporate and gum up the carburetor blocking the main jet making it unable to start. #briggsandstratton #snowblower
